Kids Yoga
Julie Rebels (RYT-200, CCYT) earned her 95-hour Children’s Yoga certification in 2023, and offers an introduction to yoga and mindfulness for children and teens.
Kids need tools to self-soothe, manage stress and express themselves. Julie takes a fun, creative approach to movement, meditation, breath work and relaxation in a safe, supportive environment.
Juile offers kids programming at your school or organization, or onsite at our studio in Morristown. A great addition to team sports, yoga helps reduce overuse injuries and teaches mental focus.

Teens: Mental Health Support
Be Well IHS has a licensed clinical psychologist and two licensed clinical social workers on staff to support the needs of adolescents and their families — using a warm, collaborative evidence-based approach to treatment.
Our practitioners provide evaluation, treatment and support for:
- anxiety, depression, and related mood disorders
- eating disorder mental health therapy
- parenting concerns for children and adolescents
- childhood grief
- self-harm and conduct disorders
- identity development, transgender and gender nonconforming individuals through medical, legal and social transitions.

Courtney Brillon, LCSW specializes in counseling children, adolescents, and prenatal/postpartum women. She believes in an eclectic approach to therapy that recognizes the unique needs of each patient and is highly experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness interventions, and play based therapy. Courtney is currently a school counselor and social worker for a local public school district and has extensive experience working with neurodivergent children.
Courtney graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies and completed her master’s at Columbia University. She has worked in multiple hospital settings for Atlantic Health including Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby, the NICU, and the Pediatric floor. Courtney also worked as an Atlantic Health Pediatric and Maternal Health Outpatient Counselor.

Julie Rebels, is a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and children’s yoga teacher (CCYT), with additional training in meditation techniques, hands-on assists, and is CPR First Aid certified. Julie introduces movement and mindfulness to kids of all ages, from preschoolers to teens.
After completing her teacher training with Be Well IHS, she took on the role of studio manager in early 2023. Now as the director of Marketing, Julie curates new classes and workshops, and manages Be Well’s social media and customer relationship marketing.
Presently, Julie is completing her 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Be Well Academy. When Julie is not on the mat, you can find her at a local preschool teaching social and emotional learning skills in the classroom, creating art with her 9-year old daughter, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband of 10 years. Julie’s cheerful approach to attaining physical and mental resilience welcomes new and experienced yogis alike.

Amy is an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) specializing in eating disorders, body image, anxiety, and depression and has found her eclectic methods work best for ages 16 and older. Amy is a firm believer in taking a Health in Every Size Approach (HAES) and an Intuitive Eating approach and being inclusive to all.
Amy graduated from Bryn Mawr College with a B.A. in Psychology and completed her master’s at the University of Pennsylvania. She has worked in multiple eating disorder treatment centers, as well as has a history of working in the field of substance use. Amy’s experiences in the field of mental health have allowed her to incorporate authenticity, self-compassion, and mindfulness.

Dr. Christine Cantner is a dedicated clinical psychologist committed to providing affirming therapy for adolescents and adults. Her areas of expertise include trauma recovery, gender dysphoria, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and personal development. She is committed to providing culturally sensitive and affirming care. She specializes in supporting young adults who are navigating the complexities of identity, relationships, and life transitions. She has extensive expertise in working with individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community and those who identify as neurodivergent, understanding the unique challenges and strengths within these populations.
Dr. Cantner integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build psychological flexibility and live in accordance with their values, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to promote self-understanding and healing of inner conflicts. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their identities, enhance their well-being, and cultivate the coping skills necessary to live fulfilling lives.
With a passion for fostering resilience and self-compassion, she helps young people identify their core values, embrace their experiences, and take meaningful action. Dr. Cantner is currently accepting new clients. She does not participate with insurance plans, but can prepare a superbill you can submit for out-of-network benefits.
